Use Photo or Video under Attachments, then Camera or Photo Library. If the picker never appears, open iOS Settings → FizzeStream and allow Camera and Photos. The first time you decline, iOS will not show our own prompt; tap again later to open Settings.
Tap the microphone in the lower-right of Notes, then speak. Allow Microphone and Speech Recognition when iOS asks. If you previously denied them, enable both in Settings → FizzeStream. Dictation uses English.
Open the Profile tab (or tap the dog card on Home) and tap the profile card. You can edit name, breed, age, and the profile photo from camera or library.
Profile → Custom templates lets you add extra fields (text, choices, or a 1–10 scale) that appear when you create a record. Disable or delete a field there if you no longer need it.
From Insights (or after saving a record) choose export. FizzeStream builds a PDF of the selected logs and opens the system share sheet so you can Save to Files or send it. Export does not cost coins. Sharing uses Apple’s share sheet, not FizzeStream’s servers.
Coins unlock Smart Insights on a saved record (Analyze). Charts, timeline, and PDF export stay free. Welcome coins may be granted once the first time you use the app.
Stay on the Get Coins screen until “Processing…” finishes. Purchases go through your Apple ID. If coins are still missing, email us with the approximate time, product name (for example Trail Biscuit Tin), and last four digits of the Apple receipt if you have it. For billing refunds, use Report a Problem on Apple’s site.
Insights need a network connection and enough coins. The draft is based on the text of that log, not a vet visit. Try again later; if it keeps failing, send us the record type (Behavior / Health / Training) without private medical detail.
Open FizzeStream again and continue from the welcome page. If it repeats, email us with your iOS version and the last screen you used (Home, Editor, Insights, or Profile).
