1. Who we are
FizzeStream (“we”, “us”) is a dog journal for everyday behavior, health, and training notes. This policy explains what information the app uses and why. It applies to the FizzeStream mobile application.
2. Information you provide
You may add, entirely at your choice:
- Dog profile — name, breed, age, and a profile photo.
- Records — Behavior, Health, or Training entries, including time, type, trigger, severity, success rate, optional location text, notes, high-risk flags, and custom template fields.
- Attachments — photos and videos you capture or pick from your library.
- Spoken notes — words you dictate into the Notes field.
Journal data, attachments, templates, and coin balances are stored on your device so you can keep a private kennel history.
3. Permissions
FizzeStream asks for access only when you use the related feature:
- Camera — take photos or videos for a record, or a profile photo of your dog.
- Photo Library — attach existing photos or videos, or choose a profile photo.
- Microphone — record sound when you film a video, and capture your voice for Notes.
- Speech Recognition — convert spoken Notes into text (the operating system’s recognizer may process audio according to Apple’s rules).
- Tracking — if you allow App Tracking Transparency, an advertising identifier may be used to measure installs and in-app purchases, as described in this policy. You can decline.
You can change these later in iOS Settings. Denying a permission only disables that feature.
4. How we use information
- Show your timeline, calendar, insights charts, and dog profile inside the app.
- Export a PDF of selected logs when you ask.
- Credit coins after an Apple in-app purchase, and spend coins on Smart Insights.
- When you tap Analyze, use the text of that record (category, type, notes, and related fields) to draft Possible Causes and Suggested Improvements. Attachments are not required for this step.
- Operate, secure, and improve the app, including measuring how the app was installed if you authorize tracking.
Smart Insights are suggestions only. They are not a veterinary diagnosis or treatment plan.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to run FizzeStream:
- Apple — App Store purchases, and (if you allow) tracking / speech frameworks.
- Analytics / attribution partners — install and purchase measurement if you authorize tracking.
- You — when you export or share a PDF through the system share sheet.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the service.
6. Retention and deletion
On-device logs remain until you delete a record or use Delete Account. Delete Account permanently removes local records, attachments, templates, insights, and remaining coins from this device. Welcome-coin eligibility may be remembered so free coins are not granted twice.
Copies you already exported or shared are outside our control.
7. Children
FizzeStream is intended for pet owners age 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect data on this device. No method of storage is completely secure.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
