1. Agreement
By downloading or using FizzeStream, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
FizzeStream is a personal journal for one or more dogs you care for. You can:
- Keep Behavior, Health, and Training records on a daily timeline.
- Attach photos and videos, add notes (including speech-to-text), and flag high-risk events.
- Create custom tracking fields, view simple insights charts, and export a PDF.
- Spend coins on Smart Insights — Possible Causes and Suggested Improvements for a selected log.
The app is a record-keeping and reflection tool. It is not a veterinary clinic, not emergency care, and not a substitute for a licensed veterinarian.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for how the app is used on your device. Delete Account permanently erases local journal data on that device and cannot be undone.
4. Your content
You retain rights in the profiles, notes, photos, and videos you add. Content stays on your device to power the journal, charts, export, and Smart Insights you choose to run.
You confirm you have the right to use the media you attach (for example, photos of your own dog) and that your notes are lawful. Do not add content that is illegal, exploitative, or infringes others’ rights.
5. Coins and in-app purchases
- Coins are a virtual balance used inside FizzeStream (for example, Smart Insights). They have no cash value outside the app.
- Purchases are processed by Apple as consumable in-app purchases. Pricing is shown in the Get Coins screen.
- Except where Apple’s refund rules require otherwise, coin purchases are non-refundable, and unused coins are lost if you use Delete Account.
- A one-time welcome grant may be given the first time you use the app; it is not owed again after Delete Account.
- If a purchase fails or is canceled, coins are not added. Contact Apple for App Store billing questions, and us for in-app coin issues.
6. Smart Insights
When you spend coins to Analyze a record, FizzeStream generates Possible Causes and Suggested Improvements from the text of that log. Results can be incomplete or wrong. Always use your own judgment and seek professional veterinary advice for health concerns.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt it, scrape others’ data, or use it to harm animals or people. We may suspend access if these Terms are violated.
8. Intellectual property
FizzeStream’s name, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app to you.
9. Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that logs, speech transcription, exports, or insights will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any medical purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FizzeStream and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, coins, or insights, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for coins in the three months before the claim, or ten US dollars, whichever is greater.
11. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or change features. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the app and use Delete Account at any time.
